What’ll you need:
- 1 scoop NutraBox Swiss Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 1/3 cup of coconut flour
- 1/4 tablespoon of salt
- 4 large egg whites
- 3/4 cup of coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil
Sift the NutraBox Swiss Chocolate Cream Protein powder, coconut flour and salt together into a batter bowl and all the other remaining ingredients in another bowl. Then add it to the dry ingredients slowly and keep whisking it until the batter is smooth. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Brush the bottom of a heavy skillet or pancake griddle with coconut oil and set it on medium heat. Stir the batter and then pour approximately ¼ cup of batter into little circles, leaving plenty of space between each.
Cook until bubbles form on surface and the edges are cooked and flip to cook other side.
