Nutrabox Delivery, Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Delivery

We offer two shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: 7 to 10 working days — Free on all orders.

Express Shipping: 3 to 5 working days — Extra charges apply and are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) is just an estimation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the delivery timeline.

Extra delivery charges apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, 10% of the order value will be charged upfront as delivery charges.

This 10% upfront charge is non-refundable in case of return or cancellation after dispatch.

NutraBox shall not be responsible for any delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched.
Return Policy

Proteins, supplements, and other perishable goods are non-returnable.

Returns are only accepted if the product delivered has a company fault (e.g., incorrect item or manufacturing defect).

Once you place your order, you will receive an email and WhatsApp notification confirming your order details.

If you wish to cancel or make any changes to your order, you must inform us before the order is dispatched.

Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Return & Refund Policy for Dispatched Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

We collect 10% upfront as delivery charges for all COD orders.
-
If the courier has already been dispatched and the customer cancels or refuses to accept the order, the 10% upfront charges are non-refundable.

No additional courier charges will be deducted separately for COD orders, as the upfront charges cover the delivery cost.

Prepaid Orders:
-
If the courier has already been dispatched and the customer cancels or refuses to accept the prepaid order, forward and return courier charges of ₹250 per kg each (total ₹500 per kg) will be applicable and deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be initiated only after the product is returned to our warehouse and successfully inspected.

If the returned product packaging is found to be damaged, tampered, or mishandled, no refund will be issued.
Inspection & Return Condition Guidelines

Once the product is returned to our warehouse, it will be inspected by our team.
-
If the product packaging is damaged, tampered, or mishandled during return transit, no refund or replacement will be issued.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the goods are packed securely so the product returns in intact condition.

Since these are consumable goods, they become unsellable and unusable if damaged, and we cannot offer compensation in such cases.

We hope this policy helps you understand the quality parameters we have set to serve you with only first-class products.
Important Notes:

Do not accept any product that appears to be tampered with or damaged by the courier.
-
Make sure to record a video while opening the packaging — this is mandatory for any damage or missing product claim.
-
If you have any doubts about authenticity, do not break the seal. We do not accept claims or replacements once the product seal is broken.

All post-delivery complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order. No claims will be entertained after that window.
Unboxing Video Guidelines:

A 360-degree video must be taken during unboxing to ensure no tampering.

If NutraBox seal/tape is found tampered, we reserve the right to reject the claim.

Failing to provide proper video proof as per our guidelines will lead to claim rejection.

Final decision on approval or rejection of any claim lies solely with Team NutraBox.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only allowed if the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at admin@nutrabox.in.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your exchange.
-
Once approved, the new item will be dispatched within a few working days.
-
Forward and return charges of ₹250 per kg will be applicable in case of exchange.

Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
