Delivery, Return & Exchange Policy
Products are delivered within 2 to 4 working days in metro cities and in rest of the India it take upto 5 to 7 working days after you place and order. On pre-paid orders we provide free and express delivery and for Cash On Delivery (COD) we charge the extra delivery changes.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods like proteins and supplements cannot be returned. We exchange the product when the product delivered to you has some company default.
After you make a purchase you will get a call or email for verification of your order so if you do not wish to buy you can cancel the order. However, once good sold it cannot be return or refunded. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without a video proof at the time of unboxing.
Do not break the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.
Once the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement for the product.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a new product will be delivered to you, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
