I honestly believe that these have helped me break down my carbs proteins and fats. I'm fairly little but I have a hard time breaking down my foods which ends up in me feeling bloated and constantly stuffed, taking these has reduce those feeling and let's me go about my day without feeling uncomfortable.

I'm using this product from last 2 months.
I had terrible stomach problems.
Leaky gut, undigested food, bloating etc
And now I'm 90 % better.
You should not take this product on empty stomach, take 1 capsule right when you start your meal. That's ideal.
Or take it immediately after your meal (within 10 seconds),
Its best in world, good luck

I’ve tried maybe 2 or 3 different types and brands of digestive enzymes. These are the best. I now no longer waste my time nor money purchasing anything else. Nutrabox Digestive enzymes work.
I first began using enzymes about 2 years ago. Back then I needed 2 or 3 capsules with every meal, especially if it was a heavy meal. I’ve discovered that I now only need 1 capsule per meal.
Love it.
