High Protein Burger


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup kidney beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 scoop RAW whey protein
  • Whole wheat buns
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Lettuce leaves
  • Onion rings
  • 1 spoon ketchup and green coriander and mint chutney
  • A high protein cheese slice (to make it a little cheesy)

Instructions:

  1. Mash kidney beans (not too smooth).
  2. Mix in onion, breadcrumbs, spices, salt & pepper and RAW whey scoop.
  3. Form into patties.
  4. Grill until cooked through.
  5. Take the buns, spread the ketchup and the chutney
  6. Add the patty and the veggies.
  7. A slice of high protein cheese can’t hurt!
