Ingredients:
- 1 cup kidney beans, rinsed & drained
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 scoop RAW whey protein
- Whole wheat buns
- 1 Tomato
- 2 Lettuce leaves
- Onion rings
- 1 spoon ketchup and green coriander and mint chutney
- A high protein cheese slice (to make it a little cheesy)
Instructions:
- Mash kidney beans (not too smooth).
- Mix in onion, breadcrumbs, spices, salt & pepper and RAW whey scoop.
- Form into patties.
- Grill until cooked through.
- Take the buns, spread the ketchup and the chutney
- Add the patty and the veggies.
- A slice of high protein cheese can’t hurt!
