I have used this product for over a week. The taste is nice, solubility is appreciable, packaging is also good.Its is effective in gaining energy after workout. Being a trainer I would recommend this product between this price range.

Firstly it's very good in test , I was very curious about my weight in past day's and then I will start to use this gainer twice in a day as advice of my trainer and really it's work in a week I m gain 1kg of weight, for beginners it's very useful no any side effects when use this , overall I like it .

Too sweet in taste but a worth buy.. I would advice to better have it with Milk and Crused Banana for better taste..Its really helpfull to gain the weight..but u have to take it continuously..
