  • 1 tsp cocoa powder, optional
  • 1 tsp ghee, optional

How to Make Chocolate Protein Peanut Ladoo

  1. Add the roasted peanuts and deseeded dates to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend until the mixture becomes coarse and begins to hold together.
  3. Add Chocolate Soy Protein Isolate and cocoa powder, then blend again until evenly combined.
  4. If the mixture feels too dry to bind, add a small amount of ghee and mix again.
  5. Take small portions of the mixture and roll them between your palms to form bite-sized ladoos.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate them for a firmer texture.

Why try it?

These chocolate protein ladoos combine peanuts, dates and soy protein isolate in a simple no-cook recipe. Dates provide natural sweetness and help bind the ladoos, while roasted peanuts add a nutty flavour that pairs naturally with chocolate. It’s also an easy way to use chocolate protein powder beyond shakes and smoothies.
