Protein Curd Rice Bowl
A simple South Indian-style lunch bowl with added protein.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Unflavored Soy Protein Isolate
- 1 cup cooked rice
- ½ cup curd
- Salt as needed
- Mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli
How to Make
- Mix curd and protein separately until smooth.
- Add cooked rice and salt.
- Prepare tempering with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Pour tempering on top and serve.
