A simple South Indian-style lunch bowl with added protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Unflavored Soy Protein Isolate
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ½ cup curd
  • Salt as needed
  • Mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli

How to Make

  1. Mix curd and protein separately until smooth.
  2. Add cooked rice and salt.
  3. Prepare tempering with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  4. Pour tempering on top and serve.
