Raw Whey Protein Kheer

A classic Indian dessert made more protein-rich without changing the familiar taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Raw Whey Protein
  • ½ cup cooked rice or oats
  • 250 ml milk
  • Cardamom powder
  • Almonds and raisins

How to Make

  1. Cook rice or oats with milk until thick.
  2. Add cardamom, almonds, and raisins.
  3. Let it cool slightly.
  4. Add whey protein and mix well.
