Raw Whey Protein Kheer
A classic Indian dessert made more protein-rich without changing the familiar taste.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Raw Whey Protein
- ½ cup cooked rice or oats
- 250 ml milk
- Cardamom powder
- Almonds and raisins
How to Make
- Cook rice or oats with milk until thick.
- Add cardamom, almonds, and raisins.
- Let it cool slightly.
- Add whey protein and mix well.
