- 1 scoop Raw Whey Protein
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbsp custard powder
- Apple, banana, grapes, pomegranate
- Honey, optional
How to Make
- Prepare custard with milk and custard powder.
- Let it cool completely.
- Mix whey protein separately and add to custard.
