Vanilla Protein Kheer

A comforting protein dessert inspired by classic Indian kheer.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Cafe Vanilla Soy Protein Isolate
  • ½ cup cooked rice or oats
  • 250 ml milk
  • Cardamom powder
  • Almonds and raisins

How to Make

  1. Cook rice or oats with milk until thick.
  2. Add cardamom and nuts.
  3. Cool slightly before adding protein.
  4. Mix well and serve warm or chilled.
