Vanilla Protein Kheer
A comforting protein dessert inspired by classic Indian kheer.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Cafe Vanilla Soy Protein Isolate
- ½ cup cooked rice or oats
- 250 ml milk
- Cardamom powder
- Almonds and raisins
How to Make
- Cook rice or oats with milk until thick.
- Add cardamom and nuts.
- Cool slightly before adding protein.
- Mix well and serve warm or chilled.
