Ingredients
- 1 scoop Unflavored Soy Protein Isolate
- ½ cup besan
- Onion, tomato, coriander
- Salt, ajwain, chilli powder
- Water as needed
How to Make
- Mix besan, protein, vegetables, and spices.
- Add water to make a smooth batter.
- Pour on a hot tawa.
- Cook both sides until crisp.
