Protein Besan Chilla with Soy Protein Isolate

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Unflavoured Soy Protein Isolate
- ½ cup besan (gram flour)
- Chopped onion, tomato and coriander
- Salt, as needed
- Ajwain
- Chilli powder
- Water, as needed
How to Make Protein Besan Chilla
- Add besan and Unflavoured Soy Protein Isolate to a mixing bowl.
- Add chopped onion, tomato and coriander along with salt, ajwain and chilli powder.
- Gradually add water while mixing until you get a smooth, pourable batter without lumps.
- Heat a tawa or non-stick pan and lightly grease the surface.
- Pour a portion of the batter onto the hot tawa and spread it gently into a thin chilla.
- Cook on medium heat until the bottom turns golden and slightly crisp. Flip and cook the other side.
- Serve the protein besan chilla warm with curd, mint chutney or your preferred accompaniment.
