Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Unflavored Soy Protein Isolate
  • ½ cup besan
  • Onion, tomato, coriander
  • Salt, ajwain, chilli powder
  • Water as needed

How to Make

  1. Mix besan, protein, vegetables, and spices.
  2. Add water to make a smooth batter.
  3. Pour on a hot tawa.
  4. Cook both sides until crisp.
