A refreshing summer-style protein bowl made with mango, curd, seeds, and Soy Protein Isolate.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Mango Soy Protein Isolate
- ½ cup mango pieces
- ½ cup curd
- 100 ml chilled water
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- Granola or dry fruits
How to Make
- Blend mango, curd, water, and protein.
- Pour into a bowl.
- Top with chia seeds, granola, and dry fruits.
