- 1 cup wheat flour
- Grated carrot or chopped methi
- Salt, as needed
- Ajwain
- Chilli powder
- Water, as needed
How to Make Protein Vegetable Paratha
- Add wheat flour and Unflavoured Soy Protein Isolate to a large mixing bowl.
- Add grated carrot or methi along with salt, ajwain and chilli powder.
- Gradually add water and knead the mixture until you have a soft, workable dough.
- Divide the dough into portions and roll each one into a paratha.
- Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on both sides until evenly cooked and lightly golden.
- Serve the protein vegetable paratha warm with curd, chutney or your preferred accompaniment.
