Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Unflavored Soy Protein Isolate
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • Grated carrot or methi
  • Salt, ajwain, chilli powder
  • Water as needed

How to Make

  1. Mix flour, protein, vegetables, and spices.
  2. Knead into a soft dough.
  3. Roll into parathas.
  4. Cook on tawa and serve with curd.
