Ingredients
- 1 scoop Unflavored Soy Protein Isolate
- 1 cup wheat flour
- Grated carrot or methi
- Salt, ajwain, chilli powder
- Water as needed
How to Make
- Mix flour, protein, vegetables, and spices.
- Knead into a soft dough.
- Roll into parathas.
