Protein Banana Lassi
A thick and refreshing Indian-style lassi with added raw whey protein.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Raw Whey Protein
- 1 cup curd
- 1 banana
- 100 ml chilled water
- Cardamom powder
- Honey, optional
How to Make
- Add curd, banana, water, and cardamom to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add whey protein and blend again briefly.
- Serve chilled.
