Protein Banana Lassi

A thick and refreshing Indian-style lassi with added raw whey protein.

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Raw Whey Protein
  • 1 cup curd
  • 1 banana
  • 100 ml chilled water
  • Cardamom powder
  • Honey, optional

How to Make

  1. Add curd, banana, water, and cardamom to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add whey protein and blend again briefly.
  4. Serve chilled.
